Structure of the Process Library Sites

Each of the three Sites - Sandpit, Prelive, Live - have the same structure.

They each have:

• A Map Store
• A Process Library.

Map Store

The Map Store is where the Visio files are kept. The folder structure within the MapStore is defined by the organisation and should be referenced in your Process Governance Framework.

As files are moved by the System from Sandpit to Prelive to Live, this folder structure will be replicated automatically.

Process Library

The Process Library is where the html, created during a publish, is stored. It is also where other files created during a publish are placed, e.g. the Catalogue file (used for Reports), the Revision History (used for the Change History report) and the files for the News.

The folder structure of the Mapstore will be replicated in the Process Library sites.
